Over the past few days I purchased a couple of Adwords courses. I havent quite finished going through all of them but I just thought I’d share my findings. If you’ve signed up to Adwords specific mailing lists then you would have received promotional emails promoting Commission Blueprint. I received about 4 emails from different people promoting it and I’m a big fan of videos so I checked out the video link. I was kinda drawn into it and was curious about what it could offer so I signed up. It was a one off $77 cost.
The course basically consists of a pdf manual, landing page templates and 14 or so videos. I’ve bought my fair share of Adwords courses over the past 2 years and am aware of the quality of a lot of them. Some very good…most just rehashed basic material. I’m not going to provide links as I wanted my review of these courses to be as unbiased as possible. Courses are not cheap and especially to us Malaysians so I wanted to provide you with a list of courses that were really worth the money.\
Back to Commission Blueprint. The content is very good. I’ve only watched half the videos so far and although basic Adwords stuff is covered what I liked about it is that you are pretty much getting the authors exact blueprint. He shares how he evaluates a potential compaign, what he does to test profitability and how he manages and scales it from then on. I would have loved to have had access to this information when I was first starting out. Even now I find the information valuable.
Google Money Pro is also a good. Its an ebook with a links to a couple of videos and it provides a really solid foundation to Google Adwords. Anyway heres the list of my top Adwords courses/ebooks :-
1) Commission Blueprint
2) Google Money Pro
3) Perry Marshall’s Adwords course (can’t remember the name but I have all his material even his physical book and its quite good). I got mine a year and a half ago so don’t know if Perry has updated his material but it was one of the first Adwords courses I ever bought and its really what got things starting with me.
4) Wealthy Affiliate. WA is a membership site and its what got me started with landing pages.
When I first started with Adwords I was direct linking and was doing quite well till I got hit by the Google Slap. I then panicked and had no idea that landing pages even existed. I somehow stumbled across WA and signed up. Created my first landing page and I’ve never looked back since. The owners Kyle and Carson also provide personal reviews of your campaigns..
WA and Perry Marshalls stuff is good for the newbie just getting into Adwords & PPC marketing. Google Money Pro and Commission Blueprint are good for those are making a little profit, know the basics but just can’t seem to scale it.
I’ve purchased a LOT of Adwords material so if you’d like some info on whether a specific product is any good just shoot me a comment and I’ll give you my opinion…

Yup, Commission Blueprint is a good course, and I am reviewing the product now.

I am just starting out in Google Adwords and bought Commission Blueprint too, but opted in for the Upsell Membership. I tried WA for a few months and found, in comparison, the CB provides a really good point by point plan to follow. Still working my way through it, so yet to see the results.
