There’s a new software by Chris Carpenter called the Google Cash Detective. I’m already a member of John Jonas’s Under Cover Profits and Google Cash Detective is a similarish type of software that monitors Adwords competition. Chris has a free report and a couple of free videos of the Google Cash Detective in action. It supports quite a few features that is currently not available in Under Cover Profits such as :-
1) Landing page tracking (this will be implemented shortly in UCP as well according to John Jonas)
2) Keyword searches (GCD shows you the estimated cost and number of searches for the keywords you are monitoring)
3) Google conversion tracking (not sure how this works but apparently GCD allows you to track keyword conversions as well)
I’m sure John will implement these features in Under Cover Profits in time to come. Both the software do pretty much the same thing. They basically monitor Adwords ads for x amount of time and based on the theory that ads that run for months are profitable you can pretty much copy the campaign and start profiting right away.
Google Cash Detective will apparently be available early June. Price is yet unknown. From the sounds of it Google Cash Detective is a software that you purchase and install on your own server unlike Under Cover Profits that is hosted on its own. I guess the anticipation is mostly regarding the price. A lot of the people who simply could not afford Under Cover Profits will be waiting anxiously to sign up to Google Cash Detective if the price is right.
