Today I purchased an ebook on Adwords called Adwords180. I stumbled across a post on the ewealth forum where a couple of people were talking about this book and recommended it as a good resource for Adwords marketers. The book is supposed to provide techniques on how you can get high CTR clicks for only $0.01. As I’ve been struggling with rising bid prices and fierce competition on on my new campaigns, my curiousity got the best of me and I decided to go ahead and purchase it.
Its about 78 pages long and took me about an hour to go through the material. I won’t disclose the authors techniques as it wouldn’t be fair to him but as the author himself has disclosed in the forum - the $0.01 technique has much to do with site targetting. I’ve tried site targetting only once before but gave up on it. I just wasn’t comfortable with the idea of paying for impressions rather than clicks.
The Adwords180 ebook does provide a new insight on how to profit from site targetting. I was happy with the content and it is stuff I’ve never seen before (I’ve bought loads of Adwords ebooks so have pretty much seen a lot of rehashed content). I’ve just put up a new campaign and am putting the techniques to the test. Based on the theory the techniques should work but let’s see if it brings in some profit. Will write again once I’ve got some results….
