As a follow up to my previous post where I had just started with CPA networks I thought I’d report on my progress. I’ve applied to and been approved by three different CPA networks - Azoogle, COPEAC and MaxBounty. I had some problems with accessing the COPEAC links as the links only seem to be displayed if you’re accessing the site from a US ip. I contacted the affiliate manager but never got a reply. I’ve been busy so I just never followed up on that. In the meantime I set up two campaigns. Both of them were email submit offers that paid out ~$1 per lead. Two offers from Azoogle and the third from Max Bounty.
I had problems direct linking with quite a few of the Max Bounty offers. Was hit with very high minimum bids and it seems that a landing page is definitely required. I then moved on to Azoogle. With Azoogle I found the quality of the merchant pages a little better (from a Google quality score standpoint) that I was able to direct link with fairly low minimum bids.
Here are the stats from both of my campaigns :-
Total clicks : 123
Total leads : 23
Conversion rate : 18%
Total ad costs : $16.4
Total commission earned : $24.05
Total profit : $7
I earned this in over a week but had very few keywords and did not track conversions. I’ve been spending a lot of time on my Clickbank campaigns so didn’t really work on CPA. I know of people who have stopped promoting Clickbank and are earning 5 figures from CPA in over a month. There is definitely earning potential with CPA and making money with pay per lead is soooooooooo much easier than pay per sale. Just look at my conversion rates! %18.
Where’s your blueprint?
When I find some time I’ll work and grow my CPA income stream. I’ve also made some good progress with my new Clickbank campaigns. Will report on that shortly. And yes…I still need to post up my blueprint. I’ve made some changes and refined it since I first developed it so its pretty much work in progress. It’ll be posted up here soon though - I promise!

I am amazed at you earning $7 from $16.
I am brand new to all this, I am trying Adsense, and now I am going through the Adwords training videos, before I put any money into an Adwords campaign.
I think i need to join your CPA netwrks as above, too.
I enjoy your site, I have 1000s of questions, but I am sure you dont have time to help a newbie get started !

I am also quite new in Affiliate Marketing. For one year, I earned zero in AM, was frustrated so I paid for a course by Ghauber Chaudhry’s PPC formula and going through the home study course now.
